Return and refund policy

At Wright’s Jewelry, your happiness means everything to us. We want you to love and enjoy your jewelry purchase with complete confidence.

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided the item is in its original, unworn condition and accompanied by the original receipt.

Please Note the Following Exceptions:

No returns on sized, altered, engraved, or customized jewelry.
No returns on lab-grown diamond jewelry.
Sale and promotional items are final sale.
Special orders and custom-designed pieces are final sale.
Lab-grown diamonds are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

All returned merchandise must be in original condition, without signs of wear or damage. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment once the item has been inspected and approved.
